Elin Holm is part of Ascente’s Corporate Contracts team and, since 2016, has mainly focused on helping clients draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts as well as advising on data protection and GDPR.
She assists both Swedish and international companies on marketing law, media law, IT and consumer law and related contracts, including cooperation agreements, licensing, SaaS contracts, consultancy arrangements, supply contracts, distribution agreements, production agreements and general terms and conditions.
Elin also has experience in structuring and managing major data protection and GDPR compliance projects and advises on personal data processing issues in a wide range of industries and companies, where her work includes drafting and reviewing policies, data processing agreements and impact assessments.
