Marc Tullgren has over 30 years’ experience of advising Swedish and international companies on commercial agreements, corporate compliance, disputes and acquisitions, often with an international dimension.
At Ascente, he leads the development of the Corporate Contracts practice as well as IT and technology. His work includes everything from the procurement of automation solutions and business systems to the acquisition of knowledge-intensive companies.
Marc is also engaged as a coordinating legal advisor by a number of large companies across a range of industries.
