Marcus Winqvist advises Swedish and international companies on matters regarding mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, capital raises and corporate contracts.
Marcus often assists entrepreneurs and angel investors in matters related to capital raising for development companies. He also reviews, drafts and negotiates various types of corporate agreements, such as agent, reseller, collaboration, manufacturing and purchasing contracts.
In addition to his work at Ascente, he shares his professional experience by lecturing on Lund University’s advanced corporate law course.
