Legal Assistant
Ola Grahn is the co-lead of Ascente’s Capital Markets team. Ola’s many years of experience in equity capital markets, corporate law and M&A allow him to apply his in-depth expertise and strategic perspective to help clients on legal and commercial issues.
Ola advises clients on equity capital markets and corporate law regarding IPOs, takeover bids, share issues and incentive programmes. He also regularly advises listed companies on corporate governance issues and is often engaged as chairman of general meetings.
Further, Ola has extensive experience in venture capital transactions, assisting both venture capital firms and entrepreneurs with capital raises and exits.
