Legal Assistant
Per Lindman leads Ascente’s Life Science team and is also responsible for issues concerning trademark and marketing law. He has over 20 years’ experience in matters concerning intellectual property and commercial transactions as well as in patent and trademark litigation, often dealing with issues in several jurisdictions in parallel.
Per has worked with companies primarily in the pharmaceutical, medtech and food industries and has extensive experience in handling legal issues in technology-intensive companies. Through his experience as general counsel at a listed Swedish biometrics company and his previous role as Managing Partner of a major law firm, he has an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and perspectives.
Per believes you have to understand the customer’s business and objectives to be able to offer specific, practical advice.
