Ascente's Employment group is led by Jenny Söberg, a specialist in the field and active since 2013, with both broad and in-depth expertise in Swedish employment law matters. Jenny also lectures in employment law at Lund University and other institutions.

Our Employment group has extensive experience of advising international clients operating in the Swedish market. It offers deep knowledge of the particular challenges that foreign companies face in relation to Swedish employment legislation, Sweden’s collective bargaining agreement and union system, and the Swedish labour market model. The group has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating employment agreements, non-compete clauses and confidentiality undertakings, and regularly represents clients in talks with unions.
