Jenny Söberg leads our Employment team in Malmö and has been advising both Swedish and international companies on employment law matters since 2013.
Jenny has extensive experience in issues relating to restructuring, redundancies (including protection of employer’s operations, non-compete clauses and confidentiality), collective agreement issues, business transfers and matters regarding health & safety/rehabilitation, as well as court cases involving labour law. She regularly drafts, reviews and negotiates various types of agreements relating to labour law, including employment contracts, and represents companies in co-determination negotiations. She also works on compliance issues, such as codes of conduct and employee guidelines.
Jenny also supports Ascente’s Tax and Transactions team with her extensive experience in merger and acquisition litigation, negotiations and other commercial matters.
In addition to her work at Ascente, Jenny regularly lectures and teaches on employment law.
